General Questions

1. What type of products does Vacific offer? We specialize in high-quality street-style apparel, including hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, and other trendy clothing items. Our designs are inspired by modern urban culture and made with comfort and style in mind.

2. Where is Vacific based? Vacific is proudly based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).


Ordering and Delivery

3. Where do you deliver? At the moment, we deliver within the UAE. For orders outside the UAE, please contact us at info@vacific.ae with your requirements, and we’ll assist you with placing and delivering your order.

4. What are your delivery charges? We offer a flat delivery rate of AED 10 for all orders within the UAE. However, delivery is free for orders above AED 500.

5. How long does delivery take? Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days within the UAE. For international orders, timelines will vary based on your location and the shipping method. Once we confirm your order details, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

6. Do you offer same-day delivery? Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. If you have urgent requirements, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Returns and Exchanges

7. What is your return policy? We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@vacific.ae.

8. Are there any items that cannot be returned? Items purchased during sales or promotions, as well as customized orders, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

9. How do I process an exchange/return? To exchange or refund an item, email us with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps. 


Payment

10. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash on delivery (COD) on demand, within the UAE.

11. Is online payment secure? Yes, our website uses industry-standard encryption to ensure that your payment information is secure.


International Orders

12. Can I place an order if I’m outside the UAE? Yes, international orders are possible. However, since we currently don’t offer automated international shipping, you’ll need to email us at info@vacific.ae with your requirements. We’ll assist you in placing the order and arranging delivery to your location.

13. What are the shipping costs for international orders? Shipping costs for international orders will depend on the destination and package weight. Once we receive your email, we’ll provide a detailed quote.
